Website terms
Terms for browsing the public VenTuhi website.
Who runs this website
VENTUHI LTD, a limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17399023. Registered office: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Contact hello@ventuhi.com. These terms concern the public website; a customer service agreement is separate.
Permitted use
You may browse the site, make genuine enquiries and keep reasonable copies of product information for your organisation’s assessment. Respect applicable law and others’ rights. Do not impersonate people, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or seek confidential information.
Intrusive scanning, exploitation and unauthorised bulk extraction are not permitted, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. Report security concerns through our reporting policy. That policy does not grant general permission to test.
Content and product information
VenTuhi retains rights in its own software, website content, design and branding. Third-party and open-source components are used under their respective licences. Viewing the site does not grant permission to claim ownership or endorsement. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights.
Product information may change. Confirm essential requirements before agreeing a service. VenTuhi helps venues record and manage operational processes; it does not certify legal compliance or replace management judgement, professional advice or emergency services.
Availability, links and responsibility
Website access can be interrupted by maintenance or faults. No uptime or support deadline is promised here. Linked external websites have their own terms and privacy information; a link does not necessarily mean endorsement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Customer-service liability is dealt with in the separately agreed customer contract.
Changes and law
Revised website terms apply to subsequent website use and do not automatically vary a customer contract. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction subject to visitors’ mandatory rights.
