Customer terms
Demos, pilot access and the agreement before a venue starts.
Current stage
VenTuhi is inviting pilot venues. We use sample operational records for demos, so you can take a look without sharing your venue’s records. A demo does not automatically become a paid service.
Before a venue starts
Before a pilot, we will agree the scope with an authorised representative of your organisation: modules, users, duration, any fees, support, cancellation, liability and data-exit arrangements. The completed data processing agreement and schedules must be in place before real venue personal data is processed.
Real personal or operational venue data will only be accepted once backup and recovery arrangements for database records and uploaded files are implemented, tested and documented.
This page is an overview. Your organisation’s separately agreed contract sets the applicable commercial terms; ordinary staff sign-in does not accept that contract on its behalf.
Responsible access
Use only the access assigned to you. Protect credentials, report compromise promptly and follow the Acceptable use. Demonstrations must contain made-up operational records, not identifiable real staff, guest, health or incident data. Venues remain responsible for their operational decisions and statutory duties.
Data, software and confidentiality
The agreed customer contract and Data processing agreement cover customer-data rights, permitted processing, confidentiality, exports and deletion. VenTuhi retains rights in its own software and branding; third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.
Request the agreement
Contact hello@ventuhi.com to discuss a pilot and obtain the applicable completed agreement. Individual employees are not expected to accept a commercial contract on their employer’s behalf.
