Who decides how information is used
Your venue normally decides how staff details and operational records are used. VenTuhi provides the platform and normally processes those records on the venue’s instructions. Ask your venue manager for its privacy notice and controller contact. VenTuhi’s separate business processing is explained in our Privacy notice.
Records and access
Depending on enabled modules and your role, records may include your profile, access, completed checks, training, reports and accountability events. Your venue should explain purposes, lawful bases, access and retention. Do not assume that every colleague can see every report. Initial demos must use fictional operational records.
Questions and responsible reporting
Ask the venue about its records or contact hello@ventuhi.com for help finding the appropriate route. Include relevant facts, avoid unnecessary personal information and use the venue’s emergency channels for urgent hazards. Ordinary staff sign-in is not acceptance of your employer’s commercial contract.
