Acceptable use
Keep the service useful, accurate and safe for everyone.
Legitimate operational use
VenTuhi supports lawful venue checks, security reports, accidents and related work. Relevant reports are not prohibited merely because they describe an injury or alleged wrongdoing. Include necessary facts, distinguish allegations from observations and use approved correction processes.
Prohibited misuse
Do not process information unlawfully, impersonate others, create unauthorised accounts, bypass permissions, access other venues without authority, introduce malware, disrupt availability, harass people or deliberately falsify or maliciously alter records. Automation must not damage the service. Intrusive testing requires written authorisation.
Sensitive information and demos
Only include information necessary for a lawful purpose. Do not routinely upload identity documents, passwords, payment-card details or unrelated medical histories. Initial demo accounts must use fictional operational data only.
Reports and action
Report suspected misuse to hello@ventuhi.com. We may investigate and restrict affected access where necessary under applicable access arrangements. Any investigation is limited to information necessary for that purpose. Report vulnerabilities through the security reporting policy.
