Our approach

This statement covers the homepage, sign-in experience, legal pages and application. We aim to support venue staff and managers across devices and with assistive technology through structured headings, keyboard access, visible focus and responsive layouts.

Current assessment

On 1 October 2026 we checked the built homepage, sign-in page and all legal pages at 320, 390, 768 and 1440 pixels, including keyboard use, skip links, storage controls and sign-in/recovery journeys with isolated test responses. These checks found no horizontal overflow or browser script errors in those public journeys.

We are not claiming full WCAG conformance. These checks are not a complete assistive-technology audit, and authenticated application workflows have not had a full accessibility assessment in this pass. Please tell us about barriers you encounter.
